At Nakhelia, we aim to deliver a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you need to initiate a return or refund, please review the policy below.

Return Window

Items purchased from Nakhelia can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Depending on the issue and the product type, returns may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Internationally shipped products are not eligible for refunds, but may be replaced if applicable.

Returns will only be accepted after verifying that all return conditions are met.

Condition of Return

A return will be accepted only if the following conditions are met:

• The product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect.
• The product is a fragrance (beauty and cosmetic products are not eligible for returns).
• The item is returned in the same condition as received, which includes:
  • Unopened seals
  • Original brand packaging (Nakhelia sells multiple brands; therefore, the original manufacturer’s packaging is required)
  • Any included sample pieces, manuals, or accessories

Products without original packaging or with used/opened seals will not be accepted.

Important Note

Cancellations and return requests are not processed through customer service email.

Due to high email volume, email-based requests may not be received in time.

Refund Process

For Online Prepaid Orders

Charges:

• Cancellation before shipping:
  • Domestic card fee: 2.9% + AED 1
  • International card fee: 3.9% + AED 1
• Return after shipping:
  • AED 25 courier charge will be deducted.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed to your card within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refund Method:
All COD refunds will be credited to your Nakhelia E-Wallet.

Charges:

• Cancellation before shipping: No charges
• Return after shipping: AED 25 courier charge will be deducted

Refund Timeline:
Wallet refunds will be processed within 24 hours once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.
